Worldwide delivery
- • We ship everywhere we legally can, from our workshop in Wyoming, USA.
- • Orders are packed within two working days and handed to a tracked courier.
- • Delivery normally lands around 7 days after dispatch, give or take a couple of days depending on customs.
- • Tracked shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
Packaging
- • When an original retail box is included in the listing, it is preserved with fitted protection inside a larger shipping carton.
- • Loose cameras are protected in an anti-static bag, secured with foam inserts and packed in a sturdy outer carton.
- • Lenses and accessories are wrapped separately so nothing scuffs in transit.
- • Every parcel carries a printed condition report and warranty card.
Duties and taxes
- • Tax collected by us, if any, is shown before payment.
- • Where import duties apply and cannot be prepaid, the courier will contact you directly.
- • We declare goods honestly as serviced vintage photographic equipment.
Warranty and returns
- • Cameras carry a 6 to 12-month workshop warranty depending on the model.
- • Change of mind? Request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must come back complete and in the condition received.
- • Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the buyer. For a confirmed covered fault, we cover reasonable return postage.
- • If a machine fails inside its warranty, we repair it or replace it; we cover return postage on faults.
- • Contact us with your order details before sending anything; the workshop return address may differ from our company address.
